Is the London Pass a worthwhile expense?

I think unless you are going to tear around at "light speed", going to every attraction that the pass covers.......Probably not. Bear in mind that most museums in London are free (you may have to pay if you want to see a special exibition). A better alternative is the "Days Out 2  for 1 offers", have a look at this thread from Tripadvisor, one contributor (Hoogo) has compiled a list of comparison prices:
