And if you book your accommodation through the POE website you will get it cheaper than by going direct. You will also be helping to support POE because they get a small commission...

Go to top left and click on any of the links for Hotels, Holiday Cottages, Bed & Breakfast and save £££££££££'s

Good luck Sabrina.

We vacationed in the north and the south, Sabrina and loved them both.  I think North Yorkshire would be an excellent place to start with.  The city of York is very lovely and you've got Whitby on the shore and 2 national parks (Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors) with jaw-dropping scenery.  There are also a lot of historical sites - old abbey ruins, the York city wall and of course, York Minster.  It kind of depends on what you like - we like history and scenery and getting off the beaten tourist path.
