The only thing I can suggest is when logged in to the site, click on 'My Account' and make sure we have the correct email address stored for you. You'll see it on that page. You also might want to check any anti-spam programs you use, that we aren't in the 'baddie' list etc. My favourite: Pictures \| Towns \| Attractions
