WOW!!!  We were just talking about that here at work!!

Autumn rocks!! I love the cold weather and the holiday triple play....Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!

And the bugs and spiders disappear!!! LOL!!

Oh and the pumpkin picking and getting so much candy from trick or treating that it lasts until Christmas!!!  Good times!!

I love the colours of autumn. Such warm colours for such chilly weather.

Fall/autumn, call it what you will....it;s the BEST time of year, bar none. My summer walks are great, although not so great this year, the weather hasn't been good really, my winter walks are really great, wrapped up warm and able to see every single bird in the trees, no leaves to hide them.

My spring walks are fabulous......I walk for miles and miles and search all day for the elusive cuckoo and the first sand martin, house martin, swallow and swift.

But autumn, such a brilliant walk. Exquisite colours on the trees, cool, fresh air, blue skies with no haze and clouds reflecting in ponds and lakes, with upside down oranges, golds and reds from the trees.

And my most important possesion to record all this beauty, my camera. What an invention, what an investment, what an inspiration.

Oh my FAVORITE subject! LOL! I adore the autumn when earth wraps herself in a warm coat of colors, the crisp cool air, fire in the fireplace, the smells of Thanksgiving and the anticipation of Christmas! Smile
