Although it’s not ideal to introduce advertising via a Forum thread, which I will lock, the following explains briefly (as a temporary measure only) for those of you who may wish to advertise your own website, thus potentially receiving more exposure as a Wedding Photographer perhaps, or any other business that offers a service for example; Bed and Breakfast, Independent Hotel’s, Cottage for Rent, Travel Agent, Stately Home, Nature Reserve or Youth Hostel Association on the website known the world over as

www.PicturesOfEngland.com

Set up a simple account with a one off payment of £50 allowing you to include as many pictures as you wish to upload! Update anytime by adding more pictures at no extra cost. Now that is value for money surely?

You can now advertise whilst further supporting our growing community and helping to secure the future of the Company. As usual of course there are a few rules and points to consider:

1). ‘The Company’ meaning PicturesOfEngland.com Ltd

2). All material including pictures/text/links to be family friendly, thus pictures/text/links will comply with the rules of membership to this website Company, as per your agreement when you registered as a member.

3). If you are not already a member, then you must register first. Please click on the following link and complete a simple form http://www.picturesofengland.com/user/register

4). An annual fee of £50 per account is payable in advance to the Company. Your account will then be displayed on the PicturesOfEngland.com website, subject to approval and at the sole discretion of the Directors. From today onwards pictures with links included will not be automatically approved as they have been in the past, but those already in the system shall remain.

5). Provided the pictures/text/links are not offensive in any way you can submit as many pictures as you wish in the normal manner at http://www.picturesofengland.com/submit/pictures/ which will then be approved as soon as the fee is received by the Directors of the Company (Chris and Sarah Plows) who shall reserve the right to refuse anything considered inappropriate. However, this is unlikely to happen if the pictures/text/links remain family friendly. If you are in any doubt please send a copy of your proposal for pre-approval.

6). One received, all monies paid to the Company are non re-fundable whether in part or otherwise and requests for cancellation or removal of pictures/text/links with a refund will not be entertained in anyway whatsoever. We will of course remove images as instructed by the advertiser.

 7). Bankers Drafts and Cheques should be made payable to Pictures Of England.com Ltd. Please post to Chris and Sarah Plows, Sayeeda, 17 Old Road, Wheatley, Oxford OX33 1NU. Non UK Residents are encouraged to use PayPal to avoid horrendous bank charges here in the UK. See www.PayPal.com where you will be able to send payment via donations@picturesofengland.com

 

8). The advertiser shall have the opportunity to renew the annual fee for the pictures/text/links account which shall be reviewed by the Company Directors and who reserve the right to make changes without notice.  However, notification of any changes would be announced via the website.

9). Acceptance of your fee by the Company for your pictures/text/links account does not guarantee specific exposure on any page andwill be for a period of one year duration whilst the Company continues trading.

10). Limited opportunity exists for ‘static’ advertisement space on specific pages within the Company website for those interested. Please contact the Company Directors Chris and Sarah Plows with your proposal.
