I come from Woodley which is in Berkshire near Reading. My favourite ever place is Germany, but in England it is probably my hometown - does anyone else find that home is always where the heart is? Any suggestions about somewhere to visit at Christmas? Laura |

Kidding aside, every time I look at this picture I wish I could be in England at Christmas time so I can visit Westonbrit Arboretum. Picture by The National Arboreta

I hear York is one of the best places in England to visit at Christmas, with its Christmas markets, concerts and lots of other 'Christmassy' events. It's wonderful there at any time of year, so I imagine Christmas time must be really special.
