Thanks Ruth for you kind comments, Its not so bad living where I do lol I shall think of Arizona the next time I go there, but I bet it'll be raining lol.  I had a comment from a friend in Georgia USA about my photo of Telegraph Hill between Lily and Hexton, just up the road from where I live, he said it looked so much like California! Yes I suppose we ARE blessed, but living here we (or maybe its just me) probably dont realise it, its just the norm really.

Hello Ruth and welcome to the best website and forum on the net. Unfortunately for you so far, you have missed out on the most important person, best looking male, biggest wind-up merchant of all....Ron Brind, ME! Take a look at what I am all about, see www.cslewistours.com After you have soaked up all that, please do continue to join in with the banter that somehow just 'happens' within this fabulous website. Hello Karen, Sarah, Lyn & Ron:

Thanks for the words of welcome.  I don't do many web exchanges, so you may only hear from me on weekends.  Lyn, yes it's just the norm to overlook and take for granted, and I guess the more blessed you are, the more you do it.  If you ever want to visit AZ when it's not raining, the driest months are May and June, if you can stand the heat.  It was about 103 today.  Ron - I might just have to check you out next time we visit.  I love CS Lewis, saw Prince Caspian yesterday.  It was fantastic.  If any of you are considering a vacaton to the US anytime soon, this would probably be a good year.  The currency exchange rates are most definitely in your favor right now.

Have a great week!

RG

Hi Ruth

I went to the top of Tower Bridge as well, it was pretty cool even though it was a misty day.  I think London's great, I go every year for a weekend break.  Do the sightseeing bit.

Karen

Hello and welcome Ruth. As I have been away for a week, I am a tad late with the welcome. I am harmless by the way, its that Ron you have to watch out for. And as for that Diana, she's a back stabber. I thaught she was a friend too, Saying things like that about me when I'm not here to defend myself. Unforgivable!!!. He he he.

Thanks a million, Peter!  This is a great place and I'm having a lot of fun with it.  Hope you had a great vacation - where did you go?

I guess I'll find out at some point if Diana's assessment of you is true.  But I like you so far....and since I don't text much, it took me forever to find out what "lol" meant.  I think I prefer "He he he."  Smile

Ruth, I have a friend who uses "snicker, snicker".  I've told him he has to stop because it sounds totally perverse! LOL!Laughing
