Mick, go to My account (your account). My preferences. Click to edit preferences. The click on Avatar browse. And locate a photo of you, then click save changes.

It will probably be best if you select a square photo about 500 x 500 pxels. It will eventualy show up in your avatar square under your name. Hope this helps. Good luck.

If you have a photo editing program Mick, just crop round the image you want and save as  whatever you like in a new folder, saves mucking up the origenal.
