I thought they might be young pheasants. Definitely not mature ones that's for sure.

I can't understand where the sport is in shooting pheasants. They fly so poorly they must be easy to hit. And how anyone could eat one beats me, the meat looks disgusting. Leave them alone and shoot clay targets instead, you cruel b.......s!
