I've seen a few others on here that I believe are from the same area. I enjoyed that book so much, and I've seen the movie also. I tried to pass it on to my children, but they just didn't get into it. My kitties are Mocha and Latte (the kids and I were apparently hanging out at the local coffee shop a little too much the summer we got them!). I think I have some pics. They are totally spoiled, especially Mocha, the Princess of the house. We also have various neighborhood cats that enjoy the food we leave outside, and travel between the houses here. My daughter has given them all names, like Delilah, Eduardo, etc. She's quite the cat lover, too. We are hoping for a trip to the UK in another year or so, maybe for that BIG 30th wedding anniversary. I guess the kiddos will just have to pay for their own college costs! Diana, don't feel bad about not remembering Illinois, there's not much to see, really. Most of the top 3/4 of the state is very flat farmland, the southern tip is very rocky/hilly and beautiful, but most people don't see that. Thank you all! I'm going to look for kitty-cat pics! Nora |

Where it says "submit pictures" it's for pictures of England (which I don't own!!). I really don't want to clog up the site with other stuff, as cute as my cats are! Thanks, Nora |

If it doesn't work directly from the file you have them located in on your computer, you may need to use a medium like "Photobucket". |

I don't think you can link to another site, or post images from photobucket on here, I've been trying, and it doesn't show up. I've done it on other forums, so I'm sure I'm using the right method. Maybe I'll start a thread of "Member's Pets", good idea! Edited by: norajean at:31st July 2009 16:41 |

I'm sure you will love it here and I hope you will be able to go to England next year. I'm going next month! Can't wait. Here's a link to an old thread for pet pictures: http://www.picturesofengland.com/forum/Off-Topic_Chat/2153 If you post them to another website, like photobucket, you should then be able to copy and paste them from there to the thread.
