Hello to one and all

My name is A.S.V

I have been going to join P.O.E for a long time now, I have looked at the collections of photos on the site for a long time, and can only described them as pure dedication by the members and contributers of this site

But as so many of you may agree with me time waits for no one and just keeps on going and before we know it we are another year older and have done little with the time we have had

But here I am I have made the effort to join what I consider to be a very exceptional site and I take my hat off to the people that run it and put it together, and to the many contributers and members who put so much into making this a truly great site.

My job as a field service engineer takes me to all parts the UK on a daily bases so I get to see so much of the countryside, villages and its glory.

And get paid for it at the same time a real perk of the job

And at this point I have to say my great love in life apart from my family is photography

and I never leave home without at least one camera.

I would if its alright with the site, like to share some of the many photos I have taken over the last 36 years of doing my job with anyone liking to see the places that I have been lucky enough to see while doing my job

Your very good friend

A.S.V

  Many welcomes Anthony.

I say better late than never. We are very happy to have you join us here on POE, and look forward to seeing your pictures of England.

May you have safe journeys in your work, and may you click away with that camera of yours.

Hello, Anthony.  Welcome, I'm sure you'll love it here.  This site is everything you mentioned and then some.  Your job sound great.  I've not been to S. Yorkshire, but if it's anything like North Yorkshire, it must be lovely.  Keep coming around.  I had a peak at your web page - your photos are beautiful.  Can't wait to see some here.

Welcome to POE from Anna and Ron, Anthony. As you say in your introduction a 'very exceptional site' and I just know Chris and Sarah (the owners) will appreciate your words. Thank you and enjoy!
