Hello Ron.

Just perfect! Thanks again and have a good weekend!

I have just quoted you, Nelson. And this is how it appears in the thread.

Welcome to POE.  I read with great interest your introduction, and enjoyed all of it. You definitely didn't take up too much time or space. We love learning about our friends here, and now you have joined us, you are truly a friend.

Enjoy this wonderful site.

Hello, Nelson.  I just quoted Sue and so her entire posting appears above, here in my posting.  I quoted her because she said exactly what I'd say - you are most welcome here and I too, enjoyed your intro.  You seem to have a better command of the English language than most native speakers.  Water resources - a growing career field, I'm sure, as clean water becomes more scarce.  It's always in the back of our minds here where I live, Arizona.  I huge portion of the US is under drought conditions right now.

Keep coming around, Nelson.  You will love it here.

Dear Ruth:

It's nice to meet you. Thank you for your kind welcome. We were neighbours when my family and I lived in the USA from January 1993 through December 1996 in Fort Collins, some 56 miles to the north of Denver, CO. We had many opportunities - and took all of them - to know the State where you live, Arizona. It's beautiful! But you are absolutely right as to its water concerns. Thank you as well for your explanations about the "quote" question. It's now quite clear to me. Ah, and let us learn some of yours and Ron's German?
