Greenbank Farmhouse is located just 20 minutes’ drive from the center of Lancaster. A beautifully converted former cheese dairy, it features extensive gardens and free on-site parking. Each of the 2 cozy, individually designed bedrooms features an private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and tea and coffee-making facilities. Also included within the rooms is free WiFi access. Breakfast is available in the dining room and options include home made bread, porridge, fruit, yogurt, cereal and a cooked full English breakfast. Breakfast ingredients are sourced locally. Gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options are available. The impressive medieval Lancaster Castle is just 20 minutes’ drive from Greenbank Farmhouse. Alternatively, guests can scale the Trough of Bowland by either walking or cycling with a 30-minute car journey. The nearest airports are Manchester International Airport, 1 hour's drive from the property, and Liverpool John Lennon Airport, which is 1 hour and 11 minutes drive away.
