Beautiful Badgers, Suffolk
"I was walking my dog just a few weeks ago along a farm drive, near dusk, with wheat fields the one side of the drive, and Rape seed crop the other. Suddenly a badger stepped out from the Rape side, got half way across the drive, stopped to look at me, then carried on running across and vanished into the wheat. He was probably 100 feet away so I didn't get a great look at him but good enough. The field is now bare, so I doubt he'd come across that way while it's like that. It is the only time I have seen a live one and been 100% certain. The only other time was as a young child from a bus window, I thought I saw a family of them walking across a field but I could never be 100% certain that is what I saw. This is an amazing shot you have taken and must have been a very special moment indeed. Well done." - poe(24th August 2019)

Tawny Owl, Suffolk
"Brilliant shot Karen. I haven't heard the familiar screech of one of these for a long time, and it's been even longer since I've seen one. When I was younger and lived with my parents on the Malvern hills they would be in our garden every night. Excellent to see this one." - poe(24th August 2019)

"Very well chosen angle of view of this magnificent building, Stephen. Also, you should be commended on the precise verticals." - Edward Lever(24th August 2019)
