Hi folks! - I'm just a retired gent having been a heating engineer, car factory welder, National Service soldier, 34 years as a Police Officer and, finally, 5 years part time in a civilian capacity for Thames Valley Police. In respect of photography I just " muck about " with a modern idiot proof camera and enjoy myself!
I will be adding a few more photos occasionally and anyone is free to use them if they wish.
I live in Kidlington, near Oxford. MY parents, who were Geordies, migrated to London for work then brought me to Kidlington in 1938, aged 1 year. I have moved around over the years but always gravitated " back home"
As far as hobbies go I lead a group on Countryside walks once every 4 weeks. I play bowls, both indoor and outdoor, I am a Probus Club member. I read quite a bit and muck about on my computer. Having been widowed after 30 years happy marriage I now find myself with an extended family from my second marriage in 1992.I've been so lucky to get things right twice!! That will do for now - Hope I can please you with the occasional photo Regards Derek
