About Me

Just a retired-retread in the West Midlands; whiling away my time, painting, writing, playing jazz guitar, making furniture and taking photographs. I retired from 'public life' in 1990, at 50 and I keep myself as busy as my gumboil allows. I plead guilty to being mercurial and having little focus, which is why I am a jack-of-all-trades and a Master of none! Also I suppose because I had to shift for myself since I was 14. Something I don't recommend by the way; unless, that is, you wish to turn out like me!
