About Me

I have lived in England all my life, mostly in County Durham and North Yorkshire.
I inherited my love of photography from my father, who was a very keen amateur who developed all his own work.
I myself dip in and out of photography as and when I travel or I see a scene that ignites my interest again.
I am retired now, married with two grown up children. My daughter also has a keen eye for a picture so I suppose it could also be learnt, but the interest must be there in the first place.
