Hi everyone, hope you are well. I have lived in North West England (near Blackpool) all my life. I find the freedom of the beach a wonderful therapy to combat the stresses of life, when I'm metal detecting I lose myself in another world of wonder and delight as to what I might find next. I take it very seriously and I feel a truly remarkable connection to the past.
I'm married with two grown up daughters and one grandson, I'm very lucky they live close to me so I see them most days, its magic. I have two small dogs and a cat who I treat like my children and a goldfish called "Fish".
I am devoted to wildlife, especially in my garden and I have created a "wildlife" environment for them there. I hope you enjoy my blog and good luck to you all. Supernova
