hi, I live in Wigan,Lancashire(we do not recognise Gtr Manchester as a county)and remain where we belong in our historic county of Lancashire.
I am married(38 yrs.) have 2 sons and 2 grandchildren.
I am a staff nurse at the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary in Wigan.
Me and my husband enjoy travel-home and abroad.Well not so much the travel as being there.!
We support Wigan Rugby League.
We are both very interested in World War 1 and visit the battlefields of Flanders often.
We have also visited World War 2 places such as Normandy ,Italy,Crete.
I love the vastly differing landscapes of England and its feel of history.History has always been my favourite topic since a very young age.
