My mum made the best mint sauce. We had the hugest mint plant outside our back door, it never died ever that I remember.

Stephanie, you beat me to it. I was just about to post that picture.

Isn't it just adorable! I love cows! I have a great little video I took on my camera of some cows on one of my trips. I was glad that customs at the airport doesn't check pictures, because they ask that question about having contact with farm animals and I always put that I don't.

Anyway, I digress. I love this shot!
