About Bowman Lodge

Bowman Lodge is a family-run guest house in the historic city of Chester. Known for its Roman walls, cobbled streets and Tudor buildings, Chester’s city center is around 20 minutes’ walk away, and the train station is within a 10-minute walk. All rooms at Bowman Lodge have a TV, tea and coffee facilities and most have private bathrooms. The property has a homely style and dates back to the Victorian era. Offering limited, first-come-first-served private parking, Bowman Lodge is close to many of the area’s attractions. Chester Zoo and the Blue Planet Aquarium at Ellesmere Port are less than 10 minutes’ drive, as is the city’s Grosvenor Museum. Free roadside parking is available nearby.
