Interesting shot. The extreme telephoto effect has compressed the perspective dramatically. I assume the mountains in the background are the Welsh mountains, which must be over 40 miles away. Pity there wasn't some sunlight shining on the dish at Jodrell Bank, that would have completed the picture beyond perfection.

Yes I like the layered effect and the atmosphere created by the distance covered and the dominant satellite dish to catch the eye.
