Fogg is Still at the King Harry Ferry.

He may have been moved a bit But Fogg is still on the slipway at the King Harry Ferry. It looks like he may be tied to the oil drum, It does not surprise me though as I did read that he had been stolen a few years back but obviously returned. He is quite fragile so he is in a position to stop people disturbing him ( there is a sign near him asking folk not to sit on him ) . On the ferry itself , that old chap Phineas ( I'm still not sure on the exact spelling of his name ) is still on the bridge walk on the ferry watching out to Carrick Roads but he is looking a bit faded now being out in all weathers.

Well he certainly looks very relaxed there watching the world go by, what a life, nothing to do all day but contemplate the oil drum he's attached to.
