This property is a 6-minute walk from the beach. Located in the center of Whitby, the George Hotel has a lively bar with Sky Sports and BT Sport on large screens and several entertainment nights per week. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi in public areas and all rooms. Rooms at the George Hotel are decorated in bright, warm tones. Many come with private bathrooms and all feature a flat-screen TV. hair dryer and tea/coffee-making facilities. The hotel bar serves a selection of wines and spirits as well as draft ales and fresh ground coffee. A carvery is served every Sunday.
