Really nice shot. It was rather a long exposure. A wider aperture would have created a faster speed and a crisper look. Nevertheless well done.

Paul's recommendation of using a wider aperture would have reduced the depth of field. As taken, this seems a pretty good shot to me, with both near and far distances sharply rendered.

Thanks Paul and Edward for your advice , I did think that 15 secs was a rather long exposure , and it did look a bit "blue" I was going to try a shorter shutter speed next timeI go down there , but your advice Edward has given me food for thought" , if you think its pretty good "front to back" , I will have a think about this , Many Thanks to both of you.

The 'blue' effect of the sky is perfectly normal for shots taken at this time of the evening. In fact, many photographers try to get this 'blue hour' effect intentionally. I assume you used a tripod for this shot, which gives you the option of experimenting with different aperture settings without worrying about camera shake. It is probably not worth going to aperture settings smaller than f/16 because diffraction will set in, reducing image sharpness.
