My weather today.........Yell

I was walking home from work and we had a flash flood! The heavens opened up, the streets were a wash, vehicles were spraying rain water everywhere and over anyone who was, like me, mad enough to keep on walking in it! I arrived home, jeans so wet they were stuck to my legs, my feet were saturated and my hair like rat's tails around my face! I walked into my house a dripping mess, (thank goodness for laminate flooring) I undressed in the hall as I didn't want to wet my stair and bedroom carpets. I had a hot shower and then my daughter returned home from college walking in the very same, odd way (think planet of the apes!!!) I was. Well, have you ever tried to walk 'normal' with drenched jeans on? Undecided

started raining in Cleveleys at 7 am this morning, first time in a week, it watered the gardens though. (still pleasant to walk out in with a rain hood lol) stopped raining at about 4pm, had a mild evening with occasonal sun. its now 1022 pm and just starting to go dark as the last rays of sun disappear over the horizon, time for bed, night all.

Last week was rain, rain, rain for us.  Today we're in the mid-80s, but expecting to increase to the 90s for the rest of the week with increased humidity (double YUK!).

Rick, would you mind passing over some of that low humidity as well?
