Where abouts in Canada are you James (don't need to answer this if you don't want to).

I lived in Ontario for 18 months, and the heat and humidity nearly killed me.

We are experiencing a minor heat wave here at the moment, in its mid 20's C lol. not uncomfortable as it it drops to about 16 degrees at night. good growing weather for the plants though, should be a good harvest this year. Ruth how can you survive those tempratures, I dont think I could. Us Brits are always moaning about our weather, we dont know how lucky we are, lol

Florida is miserably HOT! It's 87 degrees, but the humidity is really high so it feels much hotter. My air conditioner in my car is out this year so every time I go somewhere I am drenched when I come back. I change clothes about three times a day. I will be leaving for the Bahamas on July 12th and am looking forward to the breeze coming off the ocean. I will be on the Imperial Majesty cruise ship. I can't wait to go to the banquet. It will be wonderful. This trip is compliments of my daughter who has a husband that makes good money.

Our worst weather of the year is upon us - it's 106°F right now as I type this at 8:25 PM Tuesday.  They're calling for 116° by Sunday.
