Starting from last Saturday, they'd forecast we'd have a scorching 2 weeks; daytime temps in the 60s, cool blustery winds and occasional rain doesn't seem scorching to me. Why do they bother trying to give a weather forecast more than 1 day ahead ? |

Please, please let it warm up just a little. But I'll take the cold over all of the other awful weather back East. Can I come visit, Ruth? |

Yes, you hear me, SNOW in the Nevada desert on June 2nd. OK, so it's not that unusual. I've seen it before, but it's usually just a freak storm passing through. This time we have snow forecast for the next couple of days and then......wait for it......temperatures in the 80's for the weekend. Anyone like to change places with me? I'll come live in England again in a heartbeat. |
