I need the local church...dates back considerably and the Reade family though I have some of them through the Hamley family there from Doomsday Cenus book mention. I came upon an mention of an Wangle Hall...but nothing  other then the name. It appears to be an tourism area?

I think you'll find it's Wrangle, Lincs.  Wikipedia shows a nice pic of St Marys and St Nicholas church there.

Thank you Paul...I did find an nice article about it also...it said that one of William the conquerors guards or aides was given the ground but didn't say whom it was. Looks like an lovely village to visit..has an walking tour also, and Sir Issac Newton came from there also...the churches look spectacular also. Couldn't find to much more about the Reade family though...I do have an lineage on them though. Thanks for your help Paul...it's appreciated. I think thier "Unknown" Richard is the beginnings of my Reade/Reed family here perhaps.
