Diana, Anna says look out for this period drama supposedly happened not far from Oxford, according to the story anyhow. Brilliant she says. Anybody else watching it? What about you Paul, any photographs?

WOW! One of my all time favourite books Ron. I love Flora Thompson, and I have Lark Rise To Candleford, and Still Glides the Stream.

I can't wait to see how they adapt the book to the screen.

Thank Anna for me.

We were trying to work out just where the story began, if indeed it was Oxford. Do you happen to know Sue?

Juniper Hill is the hamlet where she grew up, Buckingham the town and Fringford the village where she got her first job. (I used to live in Buckingham).

Filmed in Box, wow! My favourite cousin lives in Box, I stay there every year. Will definitely have to watch it at some point, though I know it won't make it over here.

It's an excellent series.

I thought the first episodes were a bit too sweet and too heavy on the nostalgia, but it gets better and better as time goes on.

I think you can watch episodes on the BBCi Player:

How great to see you John! I haven't watched it - my husband Terry isn't keen so I was out voted!
