A big thank you to everyone who has commented on my recent avatar. I was all dressed up and ready to go, in that picture. Very rare.

Hi everybody,

i'm back to the continent after a brief but beautiful holiday as well in England. I didn't have the time to visit many places but those I've been to I truly enjoyed them.

These lines are to thank all those who took the time to leave a comment on my pictures.

I've been into photography for nearly...a month ! lol,  but am getting more and more involved and eager to learn. You guys can take such amazing shots and receiving your compliments has been a big boost.

I'm only a bit sorry now because I won't be able to post anything else on Poe till the next, hopefully longer, trip. However, I will take the time for more practice and for some good book on photography too.

Hi Maria and welcome back!  Your pics are lovely and I agree with Ruth and Paul, that one is spectacular.

Thanks Diana and you all :)

Yes Sue, that's the best avatar of yours, but on the other hand you always look bright and cheerful in all of them!

I would like to say a big Thank You to all the many PoE members who have commented on my photos in recent weeks which has made me feel very flattered indeed. Even more so as a number of those who have stopped by, I consider some of the best photographers on PoE, and never cease to amaze me with their contributions, and have been a source of inspiration for me.

A big thank you from me also for all the recent comments that I have received over the last couple of days on my latest pics, I am at my happiest when out with my camera but the fact that so many of POE members seem to enjoy my pictures and take time to comment is the best feeling ever. Thank you all.

Thank you for the comments on my Boscobel House pictures. It was bitter cold yesterday when I took them - more like winter! I'm not sure what sort of chicken he is Wolf - I had a look on the internet but he was so unusual and posed for his picture as did the ducks who were real show offs too! It is a great place - a 17th Century hunting lodge. It is famous as the site where Charles II took refuge in the Royal Oak after the Battle of Worcester.

I'd like to add my thanks to all my fellow POElanders fir their continual support, and their advice on taking pics off the site.  What a truly amazing family we are!  Every other site on the web must be green with envy!  Thanks, too, to all who brighten up the site with their beautiful pictures.  I just wish I had time to browse them all - every last one!
