John o groats to Land End  - curious to know do the residents of these two places  ever visit each other? If they do visit - who makes more trips ?  -is their perhaps an annual event ?

Can any resident claim to be the first to visit the other? If they do visit - who make

Can't answer the question t ali, but as an Aussie I can tell you that I am one of the many that have made the trip from Lands End to John O'Groats and all I can tell you is that the people at both ends are hospitable and friendly.  In particular at JohnO'Groats that I found where I can tell you that I had such a great night at the pub, I still can't recall everything that  happened to this day - and that was in 1993!!!???  Embarassed
