Get a good map of England and a pin, close your eyes and wave your hands around in a circle then poke the map. You bound sure to find a place that has a castle and nature.

No really, I can suggest the places I know and have been to, while others will suggest the places they know and love.

I think Wiltshire is wonderful, Castle Combe village, Stonehenge, Salisbury. The area called The Cotswolds has so much to offer as far as little villages nestled in valleys, rivers, hills, great bird watching.

The best castle I've been to is Warwick Castle, which has is also close enough to Stratford-Upon-Avon if you like a bit of Shakespeare.

So many wonderful places to go to, good luck in narrowing it down to something that will fulfill your dreams.

And you know once you go you will want to go back.

Here are a few links to help you on your way

Hi Carmin, I agree with Sue I think the Warwick area would have alot of the things you are looking for. The Cotswolds are a good place to stay and you could visit Warwick Castle, Goodrich Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Stratford and Oxford. They are all within easy reach of each other and from there you can get to London easily if you want to.

Any good and cheap place that I could rest and eat for one week?

The Youth Hostel association has good places to stay cheaply Carmin - this one looks nice and it's in the heart of the Cotswolds! (you don't have to be a youth to stay in the hostels and they are great places to stay)
