1. Dartmoor!  Saw this on Rick Steves travel show and fell in love with it!

2. Peak District...Derbyshire...looks amazing.

3. Lake District...incredible mountians..and highly recommended!

My dad and I are planning a trip to England for 2010. He left me to do all the planning so I am hoping to get us to one or all of these locations!!

Krissy!  Another Rick Steves viewer!  I should have known.  If any of your family would like to "rope in" anyone else for one of their trips, I'm volunteering right now.  Just say the word, my passport is at the ready!  Smile

Some of the places I'd like to visit are Peak District, Lake District, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cornwall, Scotland, Ireland. Here's a picture of a place I would love to go walking:

Silly really but I'm stuck on this one! I can't think of anywhere - I'm not much of a traveller! There are places I love to go back to again and again - the cottage in St Buryan, Cornwall, Salcombe in Devon and my favourite place Pembrokeshire particularly Newgale beach. We have also agreed to go back to Oahu, Hawaii where we got married for our 25th wedding anniversary (God willing) with our friends we met there.
