Do they have any neighborhood block watch programs there, or anything like that? Maybe if all the neighbors got together and started making it known that their neighborhood wasn't going to be taken over, it might help. Our local PD facilitates these neighborhood groups. We have one and it's helped. PS - there's an old Catholic tradition that if you bury a statue of St. Joseph upside down in your front yard, your house will sell. I kid you not. lol

I wonder what Saint Joseph did wrong, to gain that honor. It reminds me of Dante's Inferno. when the religious leaders who have turned to sin, are buried with their feet sticking out of the ground.

I have been on and off ill this week - we have managed some trips out on the Easter holidays in between. The tablets I was on have played havoc with my system! We have also spent some time clearing the attic of rubbish and clutter ready to put the house up for sale. I'll have to look for one of those statues of St Joseph - you made us laugh thinking of putting our Joseph upside down in the front garden every time someone views the house! |

On St. Joseph...you could paint a red bulls eye on his butt and that'll attract attention. Maybe somebody will think it's so funny they'll be the house, no questions asked! |
