Diana Sinclair Posts: 10119 Joined: 3rd Apr 2008 Location: USA | quotePosted at 20:34 on 17th April 2011 I've been "power walking" 9 miles every other day for the past three weeks (I can't believe how fast the weight and especially the inches are dropping off) but I still couldn't run the marathon if I tried! Lol. But I only walked 4.3 miles yesterday as it was much colder than I had anticipated outside. Today I woke up with an earache and a sore throat for my troubles. :-( |
