Dont know if its down to hot weather or not but normaly docile herds of cows are being reported to be attacking walkers. Only a couple of weeks ago a lady out walkin her two dogs on leads was trampled and killed by a herd and last week a local women was also trampled (she didnt have a dog). Beware when walking amongst cows, they are getting there own back. (Nothing like a woman scorned, lol) |

When i was a child I went to school camp in Bewdley when I was 9 or 10 we were walking through a field and the cows ganged up on us - lined up all along the edge of a pool we were walking along - thought they were going to ram us in there!!! Got chased through a field in Cornwall once too! Sounds like in this weather they are mad cows not silly ones! |

The cows in Derbyshire whilst on holiday there were very friendly and didn’t seem to mind us walking through their field, although my son in law did claim to get chassed by one whilst out on a solo walk, I think she just took a liking to him. |
