Yes lol another funny name, This little town  in north east Lancashire is holding a '40s' weekend this Saturday and Sunday (26 & 27 Sept) Locals and visitors will be parading in wartime 40s style costumes. Steam trains at the local station and miliary vehicles are on show. A must visit for those with a camera. for our Sue Bristow and other Poe members living local its a must!!!

Couldnt get over Ruth, its only about 40 miles from here but I had too much on last weekend, hope someone else went and enjoyed it?

Sounds good Michael - they have one of those sort of events on the Severn Valley Railway too. We went up once.
