Now clearly I don't know the facts behind this dispute, but it does rather seem that the BA staff have purposely chosen to strike at this particular time to cause as much disruption as possible. I think thats a despicable thing to do and suggest the BA staff should consider themselves lucky they have a job, especially in the economic climate that we all endure. I say get your act together, go back to work without the threats and keep yourself in a job! If you are not prepared to call this strike off, then I think BA should sack the lot of you, because there will be plenty waiting to take your job!! For those of you now maybe not getting home, or to your desired location for Christmas, I say next time vote with your feet and don't touch BA with a barge pole!! Sadly, it seems it could be the only action they understand, and then they'll ask where did our business go? The BA staff will then get a one way ticket to the dole office!! Will it effect any of our POE members, I hope not dear friends. |
