It now appears Abbey Rd Studios isn't for sale after all. EMI commented---

"In response to recent press speculation, EMI confirms that it is holding preliminary discussions for the revitalisation of Abbey Road with interested and appropriate third parties."

 Other parties that had apparently shown an interest in the studios were The National Trust and composer Sir Andrew Lloyd-Webber whose had a number of his musicals recorded there. English Heritage were also reported to be accelerating plans to list the site.

  Hey Paul . Well I'm glad to hear , There  are other parties with interest. and yes , who has not hear of  Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber.
