Hi Peggy I love your sparrows and have done since you put them on here.  Raymond & Patrick (are you brothers?) great pics.  And what can I say about your swans Shaun except they are superb!  Oh, Oh! Goody, more than one now, lol.  When I put the first pic on it was a very difficult choice between that one and this one (I had a short list of 8 lol, anyone surprised?Laughing  I love this one for the colours, movement, feel of the sea breeze blowing, sound of the waves splashing - it inspires emotion and imagination!  For me that denotes a great pic.

This is favourite too because I took it from a moving bus and I did not think it would turn out so well.

As it seems I can have another one now I'll choose this one, simply because it's a walk I love.  To be by the sea, with the sun shining on the water and the ever-changing clouds above, just "does it" for me.

I have the same problem choosing a few favorites but for a start I have always been pleased with my first photo on POE.

This was a place that is hidden away and quite a trek and I knew of it from an article in Cornish World magazine. I am so glad that I found further info as to get a good photo you need to stand in the stream (Take Your Wellies!!!) also apart from the usual rules of a slow speed to get water movements the light there is such that you must turn off the flash. With flash the light is just so disapated that you end up with a black image. No flash but long exposure, remember a tripod (GorillaPod did nicely). Oh and wacth out for the orbs!!! Jury is out but many photos have spots of light just like on "Most Haunted", are they ghostly spirits or out of focus misty water droplets?

My last favorite shows our view from the National Trust cottage we stayed at in May this year in Trelissick Gardens, everything about the trip was so just right we will just have to return next May. Thanks for looking at my favorites, I think all the others posted so far by your good selves show all the pictures here on POE mean a lot to someone and sometimes a lot to everyone else. Keep taking the photos everyone.
