Vet

Ive just received an email from a friend, it shows a dog, struggling in a windswept sea, on the jetty its lady owner is trying to call him out of the water, in broken English. A passing male German tourist rushes to its rescue, strips to his underwear and brings the dog safely back to its frantic owner. 'Oh. thank you' she screams. 'It'll be OK now' says the rescuer, 'are you vet'? says the owner, 'NO! I'm ****ing soaking' said the German rescuer.
