Peter, I celebrated St. David's Day with Leek and Potato Soup. I also get a kick out of telling folks (usually the poor sales assistants at the local grocery store and Wal~Mart) all about it, as they seem to like everything British. I also celebrate St Andrew and St. Patrick's Day.

So a happy St. George's Day to you all. I have invited the mother-in-law over to join in our English fare this evening.
