Unidentified Flying Objects. Of course they exist, millions down the years have been observed, I saw something flying up above the clouds only today. Does that mean it came from outer space or another solar system? No, not on your Nelly. Never have I heard so much codswallop. Anybody with two brain cells will realise that visits from another intelligent life form is simply stupid.

If they had the intelligence to visit our backyard do you really think they would be silly enough to be observed. They/it/thing’s intellect would be far beyond ours, after all we cant visit them can we.

I would like to write more on this stupid topic but I can see a Goblin in the garden upsetting the local Pixie, I better sort it out, bye

I have a cat who kills for greed, Sue.  LOL!

Mick, I sort of agree with you.  It is the big unknown.  But when people hear the term UFO, they immediatley think outer space aliens, when they are simply Unidentified Flying Objects, Unidentified being the key word.  But it's anybody's conjecture or opinion, stupid or no, as to the what they really are.  And they are probably many things.  As for "do you really think they would be silly enough to be observed", if they are from another planet, they'd have to have developed cloak technology in order to not be seen.  Smile

On the subject of UFO's. I was driving a panda car in North Bedfordshire and stopped at an airfield at about 3 am to wind the seat back and examine the inside of my eyelids for a while.

I then saw a very bright light which appeared to come from the sky, something like a helicopter light sweeping the ground. There was no noise and the light shone down brightly for quite a while, then disappeared very quickly.

This whole incident quite shook me, and to this day I have no explanation for it. I drove off quickly and did not go back there for a long time. Incidentally, it was the airfield that Glen Miller flew from, when he disappeared on a journey to France during the war.
