Thanks to Paul for the UfO link, firstly...this is such an new subject, I have no idea of any if you have ever come across it before, I did "once"... it concern's the start of the Hebrew language and how it started from the symbols and sounds used back then. It of itself is not "hebrew" now as we know it from what I understand. An example of it would like the word "mama" comes from the "sound" of an infant suckling on it's mother's breast. An person took the sounds and formed what they called an symbol...and "light language" was born, in Hebrew it went into the first cuneiform letters....they did this newest light language  to try to read the symbols of people whom re-account seeing symbols as UFO abductee's in their ships under hypnosis,  they were many years ago applying this to the crop circles as well for "messages". The web site is "locked" into my old computer and I quite frankly can't seem to find out if any more of this was done to where it was yielding any information or not, but they had an crude "alphabet" analogy back then. In the symbology they have used an good many ancient Native Ameircan and Aborgine and other likewise symbols to make up this alphabet. Any of you ever heard anything on this?

When I was growing up, and my sister was born in 1947 and I was born in 1948....my parents had freinds and the male in the family was an Navy "Seal"...working for the Corps of engineers on the Bonneville Dam on the Columbia River. in the early 1950's.  They were quite creditable people. He would have to go to Spokane, Washington State once monthly to give reports on the progress of the Dam. we were all up at their house and my parents and them BBQ-ing and parents having an "nip or two from the bottle" and he tells everyone there, in almost an pathetic "fear" of an kind, that he was coming back down the freeway to Oregon from Yakima...when in his site he saw what appeared to him as an car light comig up behind him. He said he figured it was going to pass him by but it didn't , he said that whatever it was, it hovered above him. He said he had no idea what it was, or if it was from the Government here or not either. He said that he almost stopped to find out more about it when it seemed to take off in an flash. He was very scared I could tell in relating this story back then, being his job was "classified" information, he had not mentioned it to anyone else up to that date, now this was the mid- 1950's, and I wonder if he wasn't an alein abductee back then ,and didn't even know it, just from the fact I remember his "fear" relating this story back then. My parents eventually lost track of them from his moving from job to job, but this has always stuck in my mind. Of course now it's all over everywhere any more, not like back then.

Hi Shirley:  I don't know anything about the light language item, but the second half of your posting above sounds similar to an experience I had about 3 years ago.  I wrote about it on the UFO thread, page 4.  It all happened very fast, and I don't know what it was.  But I didn't lose any hours or have any strange visions or after effects, so I know I wasn't abducted or anything like that.

I'll have to go back and re-read page four again, I briefly remember you saying something about that though. There are so many pages to the thread now. I had an unsual expereince when my son was in High School. It was an late summer night and I was driving into town to get me some fast food to eat, OK..."Taco Bell" ..smiles* Anyway, we have an ridge of hills to the south of me near by, they call them the "Boring HIlls Formation" and they are an old set of volcanic "blurps" that start here in town and go through Portland to the South. An green light came down, as it took my attention, and seemed to fall behind one of the hills. Usually I've always been told that "meterors" look sort of green when they are close to earth falling also, but since this area is an major path for commerical and small airplanes I thought maybe I'd better report it. So there's an small private airport to the north of me and I called them first and explained what I had seen, and they said to call the city airport and report and also call the local news/radio stations and report, as if anyone else noticed it, they might of called into them. So I did, never heard any more and more or less forgot about it all. Well, a couple days later this young gal that everyone knew amoung my son's circle of freinds got into an argument and decided to run away from home, well she came here, and I stopped her from doing it, told her she could stay over-night here (I have extra bedrooms) if she'd call her mother and they "talked"..which she did and the next morning she went home and that was that. Forgotten about. Couple days later I see this "blue car" show up out in front of my house. I thought perhaps an religious "bible thumper" as I call them, or an salesman of some kind, but he came straight to my house. He rings my bell and I answered the door, and I notice he's got an brief case with him, and he said, may I come in, I have some questions to ask you  and this won't take long...now right here is something that just makes my "hair on my arms" stand up thinking about it...I would Never agree to something like this reguardless ordinarily...I just never open my door to anyone to "come on in" particulalry "strangers", even the people I know I often talk to them on our front porch patio area. I let this guy in, and he gave me the opinion at the time that maybe he was here because of the young girl wanting to run away the days previously, his first question to me was "What do you think is important for young kids these days to learn?" Well, being I was an neighborhood "house" where the kids can come, I gave my ideas out pretty plain and short...I wondered if he was an lawyer or caseworker so  I was brief about what I said.  Then I told him then, I can't answer a lot of questions because my son will be getting out of school here soon,....I looked at the clock then and it was just an wee bit after 12-noon,...and said...I have to go an pick him up every day... I asked him...what do you want? Then he opens up this suit case and has an bunch of little kid's books to read, and I looked at him and I said, your in the "wrong" house, I have no young children here that these books would be suitable for right now...but some younger kids live down the street a bit, you might want to go there and show them to them perhaps. By then I thought, who is this guy, an "authority" of some kind, and salesman, what? Why did I seem so helpless at denying him to come in in the first place? He starts to say something and the phone rings, it's my son, "mom.where are you?"...I've been waiting for you....I looked at the clock and it's like 2 1/2 hours later...and I tell this guy...I simply have to go, that is my son, you have to leave now...go down the street and show your stuff to the parents down there. I took off to the school in an "hot dash"..pick up my son and I'm wondering what the whole ordeal was about. When I get back, I was thinking over the whole thing, as far as I know, what was said is what I repeated here and it didnt' take no 2-1/2 hours. When the guy left, he went straight to his car and left the area..he never made any point to go to any of the other houses. I kept going over everything in my mind, and I had this kind of "feeling" that something was discussed at sometime about the "green"light I saw going down on the hill south of town, but it's about all I can really come close to as to any other discussion we "might" of had on things. It was an very weird expereince to me, never have seen the guy since then either. But for me I can say I've had at least 2 hours of missing time in my life so far.

Very interesting, Shirley.  I don't know what to make of it.  The light I saw wasn't in the sky, it was small and right behind my truck, probably right against the tailgate.  It took a moment for it to sink into my mind that it was something odd, because at first I thought it was someone on a motorcycle trying to stop me or pass.  But when I first saw the light it looked like it was about a half mile behind me and then, not 2 seconds later it was right there.  If it was a bike, he would have had to be going the speed of light to come up on me that fast.  It was pitch black out in the middle of nowhere with no other vehicles in sight.  To this day, I have no clue, what it was.  I only know I didn't dream it.  It happened.

Sure gives you the spooks don't it Ruth.

When I lived on a farm in Goulburn (country area) I woke one night to a bright light outside my bedroom window. When I got up and tool a closer look, it just seemed to fly off into the distant hills, it hovered a while then suddenly disappeared.

Yes, it is a little spooky when it happens. Actually I think I was more scared that it was somebody on a motorcycle than a UFO probe or anything like that.  I don't get too freaked out about the whole UFO thing.

Me niether Ruth, they are kind of getting to be everyday talk any more, nothing to be to freaked out about. You know I'm an old lady at 60 so one time in my life is not an lot exactly in expereinces. I was rather interested in this "light language" back then though, I thought, maybe there's been an break through in comunications.

Ruth, it's hard telling these days if it could of been an warped tele-communications satelitte on your bumper, why there is so much techonlogy out in the world I doubt we all know the half of it. With google-earth you can look overhead on anyone in the world and get down into within 3 feet of them on the ground, and for that matter of fact get snapshots looking through someone's windows.  Kind of spooky what's out there these days. Just don't get caught wearing your red poka-dotted men's boxer shorts with matching tank top..LOL!  Esp. eating your Bosworth Jumbles for heaven sakes!
