Horse Chestnut tree

There are loads of Horse Chestnut trees round St Margaret's church in Barking. This one, part of a line of about 20, just outside the church is just showing a few brown leaves. I hope it is not the first signe of this new disease. Cant be lack of rain or too much sun.

I saw this one today, and posted a comment.  It's mid August, some trees show signs of their autumnal  changes in August, so I too hope it's not disease.
