I don't watch it either Ron, but it's good that GB is doing so well for a change!

I've been watching whenever I can. It is fantastic that Britain is doing better this year than it's ever done in the medal stakes!!Smile

Just a thought here, wouldn't it be fairer to work out the medals table on the % of athletes in the Country rather than just the amount of medals?? We in the UK have 40 in total so far (17 Gold) but don't have nearly as many Athletes as in for example the USA and China, or even Australia. So looking at it that way we are doing EXCEPTIONALLY good this time! (regardless of what the Oz's think of us lol sour rapes Wolf?LOLWink )

Lyn I really could not give a rats about the olympics or the medal tally, it has become a big farse for me, and I would rather be on my computer or if the weather was better, fishing.

Oh, BTW Lyn I've never had any sour rapes...... lol. Laughing

Still luv ya though.Kiss

I couldn't agree more.  I find the Olympics incredibly boring.  Thank goodness the footie seaon is here again, and my lovely Sunderland are starting to show some form in the Premiership.  The only sport that interests me, especially now we're starting to get something vaguely resembling a team together!
