Krissy, try a sinus rinse. It works wonders and can be found at Wal-MArt.

Look for a Netti pot, it's an odd device that looks like a Jeanie's lamp. You fill it with a saline solution and irrigate your sinuses via your nostrils.

Its much smellier than the body shop Lyn!! but Lush and the body shop sell mens stuff to!!

My 3 year old just said "Masterchef didn't cook this spaghetti!" Sarcasm at 3 - I've got years of that to come! I'm off to play Boggle with the injured soldier now!

Dont I know it Lyn. Threre boys, oldest 40 and youngest 37. They were less bother when they were kids.
