Doing better now I've had another chat with the Doctor.

He said I just have to take precautions because I am at high risk to get a blood clot, but he also told me that he considered me very healthy and that I wasn't fat I was normal (I asked him if being fat made me high risk).

Wonderful video John. As an avid bird watcher this was right up my street.

I'm even more homesick now.

Where are you from originally, Sue?

Nice new avatar Sue H.

Hi, Catherine, hope Elsie is feeling better now.  I am sure Sue will come up with a nice cake for you both soon.  By the way I don't know the name of the cat in my avatar and seems the friend who sent it to me doesn't either as she was sent it by a friend too.  So 'spooky' will have to do for now.

Spooky is a great name. She is so precious. I wish I could just pick her up and cuddle her. Smile

Just hope the real owner of Spooky doesn't mind me pinching her.  Been trying to 'quote' two threads together in a reply but ....  Just want to say Wolf's advice on Bad News is good advice Catherine,  something about fear (oh poooo I forgot)!!
