It is spending all my time on POE enjoying myself instead of sitting on the couch watching TV and eating candy bars or some other sweet treat. I have never lost weight this fast before. All except when I got the flu and lost 6 lbs. in a day but that doesn't count!

I have made so many friends and can't thank my cheering section enough!!!

WOW!  Catherine, that is great!  don't you feel better too??

we bought a stepper thingy just over a month ago to try and get in shape and lower cholestrol.  i am now able to do just over 5 1/2 minutes on it, yet, my stamina has gone way up!  but i have a loooong ways to go....

are you getting any exercise as well?  and lots of vegetables??

love your avatar as well.

Thanks Roses. I did belong to a gym once tried to do the eliptical, did three minutes and fell off the first day. I eventually worked my way up to 25 minutes on it then the treadmill for 15 then the circuit! Still did not lose much weight. Just gained strength.

I feel a lot better and I am so happy for it. You keep up the good work too!

Good on ya Cathy.  Trouble is I sit on the computer with a cup of tea and biscuits.  Maybe I should stop and I would lose some weight.
